About Electrolysis Centre

The Electrolysis Centre of Belfast offers a discreet, personal and friendly service. It is paramount that all clients, new and regular, are made to feel comfortable, relaxed and confident in the quality of our service.

Proprietor Lynda Fisher began her career in 1982 working as an Electrolysist in the three major hospitals in Belfast – The Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast City Hospital and the Ulster Hospital. In 1984 she opened her own business and later this year will be celebrating 30 successful years. In 2004 IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments were introduced to the Clinic.

All treatments are carried out by Lynda, who has a client base of over 3,000 people, 60% of which have been through referrals from consultants, general practitioners and clients. She uses the Lumina by Lynton – Lynton is the UK’s leading manufacturer and provider of cosmetic laser solutions and aesthetic equipment to the medical, cosmetic and beauty industries.

A Member of the British Institute & Association of Electrolysis since 1982, and one of only four such qualified in Northern Ireland, Lynda networks extensively and is well informed of new initiatives. She is constantly refreshing her knowledge and skills, and has recently acquired new techniques for Advanced Electrolysis. Lynda is committed to being best-in-class by ensuring her learning skills and qualifications are refreshed on an annual basis. As a respected member of the BIAE she has also been asked to share her experience with other practitioners.

Before your IPL treatment commences you will have a free personal consultation to assess your requirements and discuss future appointments.

Extremely high hygiene standards are maintained in the treatment methods. The premises are registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority for IPL, and comply with Belfast City Council standards.
